✨ Why we need a new Christmas Tree
Our current tree was purchased over 7 years ago and has survived several harsh winters, including being bent by one storm and toppled last year. These events and the general age have caused the branches to decay, and we they are now so bare that they are no longer usable.
The current tree also uses older separate lighting which has started to fail and each year our tree has become dimmer.
✨ Meet Your New Christmas Tree
We have looked at various options for a new 6m to 7m high premium Christmas tree that will serve our community for many years to come. This beautiful tree will feature:
- Energy-efficient LED lighting – Modern, sustainable, and cost-effective
- Weather-resistant construction – Built to withstand British winters
- Enhanced safety features – Designed with community safety as a priority
- Stunning visual impact – A centrepiece that will make Winwick proud
Total cost: £8,000 – This includes the tree, and other accessories such as storage bags to keep our tree safe
